Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, asset management, and user support for end-user devices and IT systems. You will assist with site setups, manage user requests in line with SLA targets, and help ensure secure, uninterrupted IT operations.

The role requires a degree in computer technologies or engineering and at least 3 years of IT support experience, with strong Windows, AD, and Jira skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
Hands-on with Windows/Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Jira and ITIL practices is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure operation of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and respond to incidents.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, software, drivers, and patches.
Handle tickets via Jira and resolve incidents per SLA.
Manage AD user accounts, access rights, and device inventories.
Support network operations (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN) and perform backups per procedures.
Document installations and provide user guides to the team.
