Job summary

Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE - ABI is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide end-user device support, site setups, and incident management. You will handle OS configuration, security patches, and business applications while coordinating with internal teams to ensure secure IT operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, strong Microsoft365/AD skills, Jira experience, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Hands-on with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, user and access management.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems; ITIL a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative, and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of end-user devices and respond to incidents.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, drivers, antivirus, patches, and apps.
• Handle user requests via Jira and resolve incidents per SLA targets.
• Maintain user, device, printer, and access definitions in Active Directory.
• Support LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, remote access, and connectivity controls.
• Monitor alerts and escalate critical risks to IT Support Team Manager.
• Document installations, share guides, and support onboarding/offboarding access.
