Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to maintain operation of end-user devices, install and troubleshoot operating systems, and manage requests via Jira. You will support network operations, backups, and new site IT setups while ensuring security compliance and timely responses.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 experience, and familiarity with Active Directory. Collaboration with internal teams and service providers is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Technologies, Software, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation of end-user devices (desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners).
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OS, drivers, antivirus, patches, and end-user hardware.
• Handle user requests through Jira, resolving incidents per SLA.
• Maintain IT asset and account records and support onboarding/offboarding access processes.
• Coordinate IT setup activities at new sites with internal teams and contractors.
