Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Corporate IT Support Specialist II to join our IT Operations team in a hybrid setup in Turkey. You will provide end-user support and hands-on administration for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory, while balancing remote work with on-site presence as needed.

You will drive operational improvements, lead standardisation efforts, and collaborate with HR, Security, and Compliance to ensure policy-aligned access and security. Fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

3–6 years of IT support and systems administration in a corporate setting.
Strong experience with Windows desktop OS and Microsoft 365.
Experience administering Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Support employee systems, applications, and devices from onboarding to offboarding with timely incident resolution.
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions across AD and Entra ID; troubleshoot authentication, MFA, SSO.
