Arvato, part of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide installation, maintenance, and end-user support across devices and IT systems.

You will help with site setups, SLA-driven requests, and maintain secure, uninterrupted IT operations. Requirements include a degree in IT, at least 3 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and 365, Active Directory, VPN, and Jira; ITIL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and access management.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing platforms; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuous operation of end-user devices (desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners) and respond to incidents.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot OS, drivers, antivirus, patches, and business applications.
• Handle user requests via Jira and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Create and maintain user/device/access definitions in Active Directory per internal procedures.
• Support network operations (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and access controls.
• Monitor system alerts and escalate risks to IT Support Team Manager.
• Follow data backup processes and ensure secure storage of backups.
