Job summary

Organik Kimya seeks an experienced IT professional to join the System, Infrastructure & Security Management team as a Solution Partner. You will design and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, manage Windows Server, AD, and M365 environments, and coordinate cyber security initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in system administration and cybersecurity, hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID/Azure, virtualization, and firewalls. A hybrid work model with some home-office days is offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
3–5 years of system administration and cybersecurity experience.
Strong Windows Server administration knowledge.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Entra ID/Azure.
Hands-on experience with Intune and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching).
Experience with enterprise firewall technologies and vulnerability management tools.
Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring.
Good written and spoken English; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
Implement and manage Intune and endpoint management.
Configure Group Policies and monitor virtualization platforms.
Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Monitor network infrastructure and security devices.
Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation coordination.
Support ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support when required.
