Job summary

Wideandwise, a leading software and technology services company, seeks a System and Operational Security Specialist to strengthen security across servers, endpoints, identities, and cloud platforms. You will implement hardening configurations, monitor security tooling, and help shape our information security program within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field in IT or engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• At least 2 years of experience with Active Directory, Exchange management, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• At least 2 years of cloud and security experience.
• At least 2 years hands-on with ISO 27001 and KVKK data privacy regulations.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification and MS certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• System & Application Security: implement security configurations and ensure access aligns with policies.

We are looking for a System and Operational Security Specialist to join their dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining a robust, secure, and resilient technological infrastructure.

Job Description

• System & Application Security: Support the implementation of security configurations (hardening) across servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Ensure server and service access aligns with corporate security policies.
• Endpoint & Threat Management: Monitor the health and status of endpoint security software (Antivirus, EDR, etc.). Support the investigation of security incidents such as spam, phishing, and malware.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Manage user account lifecycles (creation, updates, offboarding) within Active Directory and Azure AD environments. Track and report on privileged accounts (admin, etc.).
• Cloud & Collaboration Platforms: Perform core administrative and security tasks across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams environments.
• Compliance & Audit: Support activities related to ISO 2701, KVKK (GDPR), and internal information security policies. Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation for internal and external audit processes.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
• System Administration: At least 2 years of experience in managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Platform Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Active Directory, Exchange management, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Cloud & Security: At least 2 years of experience in cloud systems and security principles.
• Frameworks & Regulations: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ISO 2701 and KVKK (Data Privacy) regulations.
• Certification: Possession of ISO 2701 Lead Auditor (LA) certification and Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications is highly preferred.
