Job summary

Nozzle Software Inc. in Istanbul’s Ataşehir area is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Specialist to manage and secure their on‑prem and cloud environments.

You’ll oversee Windows Server, IIS, MSSQL, Azure resources, and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with external providers and ensuring robust backups and security controls. Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT infrastructure, system administration or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Hands-on IIS administration: site/app pool, SSL certs, performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with MSSQL Server operations (backup/restore, maintenance, perf).
• Solid experience with Azure (VMs, networking, storage, monitoring, cost management).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, licensing, CA/MFA).
• Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), firewalls, VPNs, security.
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions experience.
• ISO 27001 knowledge; supporting security controls and audits is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting and automation; Intune is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good communication; English.

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring the company’s IT infrastructure, including on‑premise servers, Azure resources and database servers.
• Administering Windows Server, IIS and MSSQL Server environments to ensure availability, performance and security.
• Managing firewalls, VPNs, network access and security configurations.
• Planning, monitoring and regularly testing backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Supporting ISO 27001 information security management by implementing controls and assisting audits.
• Managing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, including user accounts, licenses and security policies.
• Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including devices, accounts and access rights.
• Maintaining asset inventory and documentation for infrastructure and security controls.
• Providing IT support to employees and resolving escalated issues.
• Coordinating with external infrastructure, hosting and security providers.

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
