We are looking for an 'Infrastructure Architect' for our client.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Governance Roadmap: Define and enforce enterprise-wide infrastructure architectural standards and policies. You will be responsible for setting the "rules of the road" for our hybrid infrastructure and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to them.
- Hybrid Topology Management: Design and manage the integration between on-premise data centers and cloud service providers. Ensure that our hybrid topology is optimized for performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Operational Alignment: Develop comprehensive service blueprints that ensure our infrastructure supports business continuity. You will act as the bridge between technical operations and architectural vision.
- Security Integration: Collaborate closely with the security/CISO office to translate cyber and network security standards into actionable infrastructure requirements. You are responsible for implementing these standards effectively across our systems.
- Transformation Leadership: Provide strategic oversight during our migration and transformation phases, ensuring that third-party managed services align with our internal architectural standards.
- Enterprise Blueprinting: Define the 3-to-5-year infrastructure roadmap. Govern architectural compliance to ensure all infrastructure investments support Group-wide standards.
- Industrial Digitalization (OT/IT): Design secure edge-compute architectures that bridge the gap between real-time manufacturing data and central AI-driven analytics.
- FinOps Sustainability: Implement FinOps disciplines to optimize TCO and energy consumption, aligning IT infrastructure with the Akkök Holding UN Global Compact commitments.
- Resilience Continuity: Lead the design of highly resilient failover patterns and disaster recovery blueprints that satisfy aggressive recovery metrics (RTO/RPO) for industrial manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Certification: TOGAF certification is mandatory. A demonstrable ability to apply enterprise architecture frameworks in complex environments is required.
- Industry Experience: Substantial experience in the manufacturing/production sector with deep understanding of production‑critical IT requirements and operational constraints of industrial facilities.
- Hybrid Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing and managing hybrid architectures (integrating Public/Managed Cloud with On-Premise Data Centers). Proficient in orchestrating hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern containerized paradigms (Kubernetes/Docker) and serverless architectures.
- ERP Landscape Proficiency: Proven architectural experience with SAP and Oracle E‑Business Suite. Understand how these systems interact within a production environment.
- Industrial Cybersecurity Resilience: Advanced knowledge of Zero‑Trust (ZTNA) frameworks, threat modeling, and specialized security requirements for Operational Technology (ICS/SCADA). Ability to embed compliance (GDPR/KVKK) into the architectural design phase ("Privacy by Design").
- Governance Compliance: Strong ability to act as a standard‑setter with experience implementing governance models and ensuring compliance with established security and architectural standards.
- Strategic Transformation: Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure transformations in a high‑intensity, transformation‑heavy environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills essential to work effectively across teams—security, operations, business units—to drive architectural adoption.
- Performance Engineering: Expert‑level experience in load testing, system performance management, and middleware orchestration to ensure zero‑downtime reliability for mission‑critical industrial workloads.
- Architectural Governance: Practical application of EA frameworks (TOGAF) to streamline IT landscapes, eliminate technical debt, and enable scalable growth across multiple subsidiary tenants.
- Language: Proficiency in English suitable for professional business communication.
