Job summary

Jobgether is listing a partner IT Operations & Cybersecurity Specialist based in Turkey for a fully remote role. You will handle IT administration, user support, and secure multi-client environments using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with emphasis on device management and automation.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on IT operations or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune or Jamf.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Strong English communication; German is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely across different time zones.
• ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar security awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage user accounts, groups, and licences in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
• Onboard Windows and macOS devices into MDM platforms and manage configurations.
• Handle first-line IT support and escalate complex incidents as needed.
• Conduct weekly maintenance checks for patches, backups, and security alerts.
• Document fixes, SOPs, and runbooks to improve consistency.
• Spend about 20% of time on security initiatives like CVE research and incident response playbooks.
• Identify opportunities to streamline IT workflows and improve security practices.
