Job summary

Organik Kimya seeks an experienced IT professional to join the System, Infrastructure & Security Management team as a Solution Partner. You will design and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, manage Windows Server, AD, and M365 environments, and coordinate cyber security initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in system administration and cybersecurity, hands-on experience with Intune, Entra ID/Azure, virtualization, and firewalls. A hybrid work model with some home-office days is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of system administration and cybersecurity experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Entra ID/Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Intune and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching).
• Experience with enterprise firewall technologies and vulnerability management tools.
• Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring.
• Good written and spoken English; able to work independently.

We are seeking an experienced \"Solution Partner\" for our System, Infrastructure & Security Management team.

What you'll you do:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V).
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Administer storage systems and Windows File Servers.
• Monitor network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
• Implement endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, email security, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Manage security monitoring, incident response, and security investigations.
• Support ISO 27001 and cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Manage SSL/TLS certificates and PKI infrastructure.
• Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and security standards.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support when required.

What do we need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Routing, Switching).
• Solid experience with enterprise firewall technologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools.
• Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender, Kaspersky, etc.).
• Experience with backup solutions such as Commvault.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
