Job summary

Beakwise is seeking an experienced IT Expert to own the day-to-day reliability of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user support. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our client's Levent office in İstanbul, not remote or hybrid.

You will be embedded with the client's team and work from their premises, focusing on the ManageEngine suite alongside core Windows, Active Directory, and networking administration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with the ManageEngine suite (ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, or ADManager Plus).
• Solid administration of Windows Server and Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS/DHCP).
• Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).
• Experience with endpoint management, patching, antivirus, and backup tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident-handling, and end-user support skills.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Levent, İstanbul.
• Turkish is required (written and spoken).
• English is required (written and spoken).

About the role

• Experience supporting enterprise or client-facing environments
