Job summary

Döhler Turkey is seeking an HR Team Lead for the Marmara Factory in Balıkesir to implement HR practices aligned with strategic goals. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives, and design annual training plans to drive development.

You will also manage multi-skill development programs, ensure HR compliance with labor laws, and oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in a dynamic, international company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Döhler Turkey is looking for a HR Team Lead to be employed for Marmara Factory in Balıkesir with following qualifications;

Your Role

• Implementing HR practices in the field in alignment with the company’s strategic goals,
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives,
• Designing and delivering employee development programs and annual training plans,
• Managing and continuously enhancing the multi-skill development programs for employees to support skill growth and operational excellence,
• Ensuring full compliance of all HR operations with labor law, workplace regulations, and company policies,
• Overseeing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in Human Resources,
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices,
• Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred,
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir.
