What You'll Be Doing?
- Acting as a strategic HR partner to factory management and advising leaders on people-related matters,
- Leading workforce and organizational planning in line with current and future business needs,
- Ensuring the effective management of recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes for both blue- and white-collar employees,
- Leading performance, talent, career and succession planning processes across the factory organization,
- Identifying organizational and employee development needs and coordinating related learning and development initiatives,
- Managing employee relations and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience,
- Advising managers on performance management, employee development and HR policies and practices,
- Supporting organizational development and change management initiatives in line with business needs,
- Ensuring compliance with Turkish labor legislation, company policies and HR procedures,
- Coordinating compensation, benefits, payroll and personnel administration processes with relevant HR teams,
- Monitoring and analyzing key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover and absenteeism, and developing action plans based on insights,
- Preparing HR reports and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making,
- Leading the implementation of company-wide HR projects and initiatives within the factory organization,
- Leading, coaching and developing the Human Resources team.
Which Profile Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years of team management experience,
- Preferably experienced in the pharmaceutical or other manufacturing industries,
- Solid experience in managing HR processes for both blue- and white-collar employees within a manufacturing environment,
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance and talent management, learning and development, employee relations and organizational development,
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor legislation and HR practices,
- Experience in organizational development and change management,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into actions,
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP HR is a plus,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Based in or willing to relocate to Düzce.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Human Resources practices at our Düzce Manufacturing & R&D Facility in line with business needs and company strategies. You will work closely with factory management and relevant HR teams, acting as a strategic HR partner to the business and ensuring the effective implementation of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
