Job summary

Diageo Turkey seeks an HR professional to implement and manage HR policies at the Bilecik plant. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain records, and ensure legal compliance while supporting recruitment, training and employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and HSE to deliver effective HR solutions and continuous improvements within a global drinks company.

Qualifications

• Preferably 4+ years of experience in HR processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and HSE functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of HR policies at the assigned manufacturing site.
• Prepare and maintain onboarding, offboarding documentation and records.
• Collect onboarding and health documentation for new hires and share with Central HR.
• Enter data and prepare monthly HR KPI reports.
• Support HR processes, answer employee inquiries and address needs.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments for blue-collar recruitment.
• Coordinate with İŞKUR on hiring disabled employees and job postings.
• Plan and execute training, certifications and mandatory programs.
• Conduct probation reviews, onboarding follow-ups and exit interviews.
• Maintain training records and monitor annual training plan.
• Contribute to cultural transformation and employee engagement projects.
• Support annual employee engagement survey and action planning.
• Assist in organizing social events and cross-functional coordination.
