Job summary

Arteche is seeking a development-oriented team member for their Human Resources team in Dilovası, Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, or Business Administration, alongside a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Preferably experienced in manufacturing and international companies
  • Strong command of English
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes
  • Good understanding of the Labour Law and core HR legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • SAP HR and SuccessFactors experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, solution- and result-oriented mindset
Your Contribution in This Role

  • Support a development-oriented HR culture by following up on performance management and training processes
  • Work closely with managers and contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives
  • Take an active role in organizational development and change management activities
  • Manage and generate insights from employee engagement, retention, career conversations, and exit interviews
  • Support the development of proactive HR approaches by monitoring workforce trends
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes
  • Analyze HR data and prepare regular, meaningful reports
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR practices
