Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social fields, HR management or related field, and Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced level of English is required.
• Experience in SAP or related ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant's human resources management, including recruitment, payroll, industrial relations, talent management, organizational development, employer branding, weekly and monthly reports, KPI follow up.
• Being in coordination with functions and performing all necessary tasks in accordance with related laws and company employee regulations.
• Maintain HR HQ policies across offices and plants of existing countries and prepare preliminary research analyses for future countries.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis.
• Strategic HR management to the Board of Directors in all HR matters related to business strategy and overall organizational growth.
• Establishes and implements a comprehensive and standardized HR plan that effectively communicates and supports company's mission, culture and strategic vision.
• Builds and leads a world-class talent management function, including recruiting, onboarding and training and development.
• Effectively structures compensation and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Creates and administers policies and procedures ensuring compliant and efficient workforce management.
• Managing and improving compensation and benefits process.

Job description

We're looking for HR Manager for our leading customer. This role will be reporting to HR Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social fields, HR management or related field, and Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years or more HR experience as Manager, preferably experienced in a multinational company operates in production
• Advance level of English is a must
• Experience in SAP or related ERP programs
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management and outside international contacts
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Passion to work in a team environment under changing & challenging working conditions
• Very strong commitment to company & its regulations
• Possess strong coaching, counseling and conflict resolution skills
• Analytical minded, result oriented and ability to work in a team
• Good command of MS Office applications
