Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract the right talent to the organization.
• Effectively coordinate onboarding and induction processes to enhance employee experience.
• Take an active role in employee relations to ensure a positive working environment.
• Support a development-oriented HR culture by following up on performance management.
• Contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives.
