Job summary

Growth Partner is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for our business partner operating in the payment technologies sector. You will lead HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent development, and engagement, while partnering with leaders to design HR solutions and drive organizational development and employer branding. You will manage IT recruitment and analyze HR data to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in human resources.
• Hands-on IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of Turkish labor law and application in HR.
• Experience in organizational development and talent management.
• Experience in employer branding and employee engagement.
• Strong communication with leaders and staff.
• Ability to use HR data to identify needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead key HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent and career development, while driving employee engagement and employer branding activities.
• Work closely with leaders to understand organizational and team development needs and design effective HR solutions.
