Job summary

Mükellef Teknoloji is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Management team. You will design and optimize automated customer journeys using HubSpot, build targeted segments, and drive lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement and revenue.

With 2+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, you will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product and Support to deliver data-driven insights, reports, and improvements while upholding privacy standards and data integrity.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing automation.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot (Marketing Hub workflows, smart lists, email builder, and custom CRM properties).
Advanced English (written and verbal).
Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, KVKK).

Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize automated customer journeys using HubSpot workflows.
Build and maintain dynamic lists and segments by lifecycle, country, industry, and product usage.
Orchestrate targeted nurture campaigns for cross-sell and upsell across products.
Test and iterate subject lines, messaging, send times, layouts, and CTAs to maximize metrics.
Build and monitor CRM dashboards tracking full-funnel conversions and KPIs.
Deliver data-driven performance reports and recommendations to marketing leadership.
Optimize data flows between platforms, third-party tools, and HubSpot with privacy in mind.
Collaborate with the content team to draft brand-aligned copy for emails, SMS, and in-app notifications.
