EverAI is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate our CRM program to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder/CMO.

You will rebuild journeys, run ambitious tests, and influence millions of user journeys with data-driven decisions. With a fully remote team and a scale-up environment, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to craft personalized

Qualifications

• Scaled CRM with measurable revenue growth.
• Experience in a high-volume B2C subscription business.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, tests and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities in the user base via behavioral data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, and follow-up journeys.
• Increase token purchases, retention and LTV through segmentation.
• Run experiments, measure impact, scale winners.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Eng, and Creative.
