What you'll operate:

• Marketing automation workflow design and implementation
• Lead nurturing sequences and lifecycle marketing programmes
• Segmentation strategy and audience management
• CRM data hygiene and integration with Growth OS data infrastructure

What the system requires:

• 2+ years in CRM or marketing automation with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo
• Experience designing multi-step nurture workflows and segmentation strategies
• Data-driven approach to lifecycle marketing — you optimise by cohort, not gut feeling
