Job summary

Air Liquide in Istanbul is seeking an HR Specialist to lead local HR operations, including payroll, benefits, Workday administration, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and compliance with Turkish labor regulations.

The role requires 5–6 years of HR experience across ER, benefits, and recruitment, with fluency in Turkish and advanced English. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in solving HR challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–6 years of progressive HR experience across ER, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• Fluent Turkish and advanced English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits Operations: manage monthly timekeeping data and insurance enrollment/tracking.
• Visa & Travel Documentation: prepare and manage employee visa documents and travel paperwork.
• Personnel Files & Compliance: maintain complete and compliant personnel files (özlük dosyaları).
• Health Reports & SSI Claims: track health/sick reports, file SSI (SGK) reimbursement claims, monthly reporting.
• Annual Leave Management: track balances, process leave requests, audit data accuracy.
• Workday Administration: update employee data and ensure data integrity in Workday.
• HR Policies & Procedures: develop and maintain HR procedures and guidelines.
• Recruitment Operations & Employee Lifecycle: end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
