Job summary

Aksa Carbon in Turkey is seeking a Payroll & Personnel Affairs Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, personnel records, and HR data processes. You will analyze data, ensure accuracy, and support stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic industrial environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law, experience with onboarding, offboarding, timekeeping, and ERP systems, with a focus on digitalizing processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, HRM, Business Admin, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll and salary calculation processes, including accruals, bonuses, premiums, overtime payments, deductions, and related payments.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law and related employment legislation in payroll and personnel processes.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, timekeeping, leave management, and personnel files with ERP systems and HR stakeholders.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects.
