Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Human Resources Professional to join an international organization operating in Türkiye. The role provides support across HR activities including operations, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least five years in HR, experience in multinational settings, and strong English communication skills. Turkish labor context familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist role.
• Experience in multinational or corporate environments preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, training & development, performance management, or employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital HR tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation activities.
• Coordinate training and development activities based on organizational and employee needs.
• Contribute to performance management and employee development processes.
• Support organizational development initiatives and HR projects.
• Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and company culture activities.
• Support the planning and coordination of internal HR events and employee initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR data and documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
