Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and statutory processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records in systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Manage employment documentation across digital and physical archives.
• Coordinate statutory obligations and labor law processes with payroll and legal partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles with inputs and changes.
• Serve as first contact for HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
• Manage benefits operations including private health insurance and external vendors.
• Coordinate employee surveys, HR communications, and internal projects.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
