Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for the company’s locations in Istanbul, Arifiye, and Ankara.
- Provide professional guidance and support on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Partner with managers and employees to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR‑related matters.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation in compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR and payroll systems.
- Coordinate and execute HR administrative processes efficiently and accurately.
- Contribute to payroll‑related activities and support compliance with applicable employment regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and reduce administrative workload.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analyses to monitor key people metrics and support decision‑making.
- Participate in HR projects across multiple locations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support reward and benefits activities, including salary reviews, benchmarking exercises, and bonus programs.
- Travel regularly between company locations as required.
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Around 5 years of progressive experience in a hands‑on HR Generalist role.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced business environment.
- Experience supporting multiple sites and diverse employee populations is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling employee relations and performance management matters with confidence and professionalism.
- Good understanding of HRIS platforms such as SAP and/or SuccessFactors.
- Experience supporting payroll administration and HR data management processes.
- Ability to prepare legally compliant HR documentation, policies, and employment‑related correspondence.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and identify trends.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution‑oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business environment.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills will be considered an advantage.
