Job summary

Adidas is seeking an HR Services Analyst to join our HR Services team in Turkey. You will handle general administration, payroll tasks, and SAP/SuccessFactors maintenance, ensuring adherence to Turkish regulations and SLAs. English proficiency and multinational experience are required.

The role collaborates with HR Partners, Payroll, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and external authorities to deliver value-added HR services within a shared services setup.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Minimum 2+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HR.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with SAP HR and Turkiye Payroll.
• Good knowledge of MS-Office applications.
• Fully qualified/trained in job, deep knowledge in HR Shared Service set-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration within the HR Services team and local HR team for all defined processes, tools and programmes and processes.
• Perform Hire to retire and payroll tasks with the defined SLA
• Update all relevant process documentation
• Be a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding the respective HR Services processes and challenges.
• Maintain system wide through SAP, SuccessFactors and other relevant local HR systems.
• Handle standard inquiries & support through ticket (ServiceNow) and email
• Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with tariff and work agreements.
• Ensure correct execution of Turkiye laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures
• Supporting the payroll lead in day-to-day payroll processing related activities for Turkiye
• Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts within HR Services
