P.I. Works is seeking a Junior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Istanbul. This hands-on role supports defined business units with reporting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring timely delivery of people programs.

You will maintain HR data accuracy, assist recruitment activities, and prepare Turkish and English HR communications, contributing to a smooth employee experience in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written and spoken English with international stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years HR experience; internship considered.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Structured, process-driven work approach and detail orientation.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and reporting workload for assigned business units.
• Build knowledge of teams and serve as a contact for HR operations.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports: headcount, open roles, pipeline, attrition.
• Keep HR system data accurate and current for reliable reporting.
• Provide recruitment support: job postings, scheduling, ATS upkeep.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer through first weeks.
• Assist employee engagement, training, and internal comms.
• Prepare HR communications in Turkish and English.
