Job summary

MAT Filtration Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Gaziemir and Urla factories in Izmir, Turkey. The role focuses on administering HR processes, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll, and OHS adherence within our manufacturing facilities.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of HR experience, and strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws. Proficiency in English and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• “At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources”
• “Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857 and related regulations”
• “Experience in timekeeping/attendance tracking, onboarding and offboarding, and payroll processes”
• “Preferably proficient in English”
• “Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel”

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes in compliance with applicable laws
• Support recruitment processes
• Plan orientation programs for new employees and deliver HR presentations
• Support corporate development activities
• Follow up, report, and archive HR administration at the factory
• Manage payroll processes for factory employees, including payroll calculations and legal checks
• Support Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes
• Prepare reports and presentations for the line manager
