Job summary

Karadeniz Holding in Istanbul HQ is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, Expat, to manage expatriate payroll and related HR processes across international assignments.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, personnel records, compliance with local and international regulations, and collaborate with local providers, SAP HR and SuccessFactors, and digital initiatives to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–5 years in personnel administration and payroll.
• Experience with expat payroll and international practices.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll and personnel administration for expatriate staff.
• Ensure compliance with country regulations and agreements.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers.
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute to digitalization projects in HR/payroll.
