For one of our corporate clients, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their organization.
This role will be responsible for the effective management of core Human Resources processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, organizational development, and employee experience, while ensuring that HR practices are aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives,
- Analyze workforce and recruitment needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes,
- Oversee the effective implementation of the performance management system to support employee development and organizational goals,
- Contribute to the management of compensation & benefits processes,
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement,
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development plans in line with employee development needs and organizational objectives,
- Coordinate payroll and HR operations to ensure effective and accurate execution of related processes,
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures,
- Prepare regular HR reports and analyses and present key insights to senior management,
- Lead and support the development of the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Preferably experienced in the retail or hospitality industries,
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, employee experience, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and administrative processes,
- Ability to manage HR processes from both strategic and operational perspectives,
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities,
- Proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills,
