Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR Business Partner; ensuring a positive employee experience and effective employee relations, manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, compensation, workforce planning, and talent pipeline programs.
- Support performance management activities such as goal setting, evaluations, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
- Generate HR insights through data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across HR processes, leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational changes, strategic workforce initiatives, and annual HR roadmaps.
- Coordinate employee well-being, employer branding, and innovation-related programs.
- Oversee HR governance activities, including compliance, vendor management, data privacy (GDPR/KVKK), information security, and documentation standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to strengthen employee engagement and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Performance Management, or HR Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes and employee relations practices; basic knowledge of labor legislation is preferred.
- Experience in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation processes.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital HR applications; experience with Workday is an asset.
- Project management and process improvement mindset with an interest in digitalization and AI-enabled solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish; knowledge of German is considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
