Job summary

TEB is seeking an experienced HR professional to shape our Human Resources strategy and drive next-generation initiatives across Employee Experience, People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

You will turn data into insights, follow global trends, explore AI in HR, and translate ideas into tangible projects, reporting to Senior Manager. This role uses a hybrid work model: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to shaping our Human Resources strategy while driving next-generation initiatives across Employee Experience, People Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Transformation.

In this role, we are looking for someone who can turn data into meaningful insights, closely follow global trends and best practices, explore how AI and digital technologies can create value across the HR function, and transform innovative ideas into tangible, impactful projects.

• Contribute to the development, continuous evolution, and execution of the Human Resources strategy in line with the Bank’s overall business strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategic HR priorities into concrete actions, projects, and measurable objectives, and regularly monitor progress and outcomes.
• Enhance HR management reporting and key HR metrics; analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Stay up to date with global HR trends, emerging ways of working, HR Tech, and AI applications; identify potential use cases for artificial intelligence and new digital technologies within HR, design and implement relevant projects, and develop practical recommendations for the organization.
• Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience; analyze employee feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Follow and coordinate the Bank’s global HR projects, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and support the local adaptation and implementation of applicable global practices.
• Build strong partnerships between HR and business functions and coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Min. 2+ years of experience in areas such as HR Strategy, People Analytics, HR Transformation, Employee Experience, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or similar functions.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and translate insights into business decisions and actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization and dashboarding tools.
• Strong interest in digital transformation and HR Tech, with curiosity about the use of Artificial Intelligence across HR processes and the ability to identify and develop practical AI-driven applications.
• Experience in project management and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Curious, research-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable embracing and driving change.
• Strong execution mindset, with the ability to go beyond generating ideas and turn them into concrete projects and measurable outcomes.

This position reports to Senior Manager. There is no team management responsibility.
