Job summary

Codeway is seeking a Mid/Senior HR Operations Specialist in Istanbul to own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, HR systems, payroll coordination, and employee experience initiatives. You will maintain records, ensure compliance, and drive data-driven HR improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of HR Operations experience, HRIS proficiency, labor-law knowledge, and strong communication. We offer extensive benefits and a dynamic team in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and statutory notification processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage employment documentation across digital and physical archives.
• Coordinate labor law compliance with payroll and legal partners.
• Support monthly payroll cycles with inputs and leave records.
• Be first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and documentation.
• Manage benefits operations, including private health insurance.
• Coordinate employee surveys and HR communications.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics.
• Explore AI tools to improve HR processes and productivity.
