Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking a Labor Relations & HR Administration Specialist for our Gemlik plant in Bursa. You will drive HR systems including recruitment, performance, training, employee engagement, and talent development, while supporting HR budgeting analyses.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR, with advanced English and Turkish, strong analytics, and proficient MS Office skills. Local Bursa residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Management.
• Advanced English and Turkish proficiency.
• Graduated from university departments such as HR, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Residence in Bursa or willingness to reside in Bursa.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation and development of HR systems (recruitment, performance, training and development, employee engagement, career, leadership, and talent development, etc.).
• Support the analysis and reporting of HR budget studies.
• Develop processes and activities to support recruitment processes.
• Manage HR processes such as performance appraisal, talent management, reward systems and recruitment.
• Identify, plan, organize and report training needs.
• Conduct research, training, presentations and communication activities on HR issues under responsibility.
• Ensure follow-through of organizational charts, job descriptions and HR documentation.

What will your job be about?

• Ensure the implementation and development of HR systems (recruitment, performance, training and development, employee engagement, career, leadership, and talent development, etc.)

What will you bring with you?
