Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking a Labour Relations & HR Administration Team Leader for our Bursa, Turkey plant. The role demands strong HR governance, data analytics, and leadership to drive labor law compliance and employee relations.

The candidate will coordinate learning programs, talent development, and CSR initiatives while collaborating with corporate communications and ensuring up-to-date HR policies. English proficiency and a Bursa residence are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8-10 years of HR experience.
• Experience in managing teams.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Residence in Bursa.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including Labor Law Compliance, union support, and employee relations.
• Lead and support Talent Acquisition, Growth & Performance Management, Culture & Well-being initiatives.
• Design and coordinate Learning & Development programs aligned with company strategy.
• Collaborate with corporate communications on internal and social media content.
