Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an On Premise Key Account Manager – Hotels to drive growth across Turkish hotel chains, resorts and affiliated properties. You will craft long-term account strategies, expand distribution, and ensure premium brand presence throughout the guest journey.

You will develop joint business plans with senior hotel stakeholders, translate insights into compelling propositions, and lead high-quality execution across contracted properties to meet volume and profitability targets.

Qualifications

Experience in On-Premise/KAM within hospitality or FMCG beverage sectors.
Ability to develop joint business plans with strategic customers.
Strong negotiation, analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term account strategies across hotel chains and properties.
Lead annual business planning, forecast volumes, and activation plans.
Negotiate win/win partnerships with owners, operators and procurement.
Manage relationships with senior hotel leaders and on-property teams.
Drive distribution, visibility and incremental consumption across guest journeys.
Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver execution at outlets.
Monitor performance, budgets and investment efficiency with corrective actions.
