Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Open Source Sales Team based in Turkey. You will lead a distributed team of five to ten enterprise sales representatives, drive pipeline, manage strategic accounts, and coordinate with product and marketing to promote open-source solutions.
You will navigate complex enterprise deals, travel for customer engagements, and shape long-term adoption of open-source technologies across global markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience leading an enterprise sales team with coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Proven track record in enterprise software or technology sales, including territory planning and pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of five to ten enterprise sales representatives.
- Build territory strategies and prioritize target industries and accounts.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and account-based marketing.
- Support contract negotiations and closures to achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align strategies.
