Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from identifying candidates to onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent across platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and convert passive prospects.
• Conduct structured initial interviews evaluating qualifications and tech background.
• Coordinate hiring process through all stages of the funnel.
• Support onboarding with documentation and setup.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine needs and sourcing strategies.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain candidate records.
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to optimize workflows.
