Job summary

Hairinistanbul seeks an International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter to support international patients, especially from the United States. The role requires native-level English, fluent Turkish, and strong communication in a fast-paced clinic environment.

You will provide English-language support throughout treatment, interpret between patients and medical staff, and ensure a welcoming patient experience from arrival to follow-up.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly professional International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter to join our team and support our international patients, primarily from the United States.

This position requires exceptional English communication skills. Our patients communicate with our team before, during, and after their treatment, so the person joining us must be able to speak English confidently, naturally, and at a native or near-native level.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional support to our international patients, primarily from the USA
• Communicating with patients fluently in English throughout their treatment journey
• Providing Turkish–English interpretation between patients and our medical team
• Welcoming and accompanying patients during their time at the clinic
• Explaining treatment processes clearly and professionally
• Coordinating communication between patients, doctors, specialists, and the clinic team
• Supporting patients before, during, and after their procedures
• Ensuring a high-quality and professional patient experience
• Handling patient questions and requests in a solution-oriented manner

Requirements

• Native or near-native level English proficiency is mandatory
