Lyrebird Studio is seeking a senior digital marketing leader to own and drive growth across a mobile app portfolio. You will design and execute performance campaigns, manage budgets, and optimize channels to maximize ROAS and LTV.

Collaboration with Product, Data and Creative teams will be key to aligning initiatives with business goals. You should have 5+ years in digital marketing for mobile apps, strong knowledge of Meta, Google, Apple Ads, plus experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, Google, Apple Ads and other channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead marketing and user acquisition strategies for growth.
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across platforms.
• Own budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and profitability.
• Monitor performance and improve ROAS, CPI, CAC, and LTV.
• Manage MMP setups, deep linking, event mapping and media integrations.
• Guide creative strategy with design teams and stakeholders.
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities in the mobile market.
• Collaborate with Product, Data and Creative to align marketing goals.
• Establish KPIs, track and provide actionable insights for decisions.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team; foster experimentation and data-driven culture.
