Job summary

Lyrebird Studio is seeking a senior Data Leader to own the data strategy for a global mobile app portfolio. You will lead a small, high-performing team focused on data analytics, engineering, and science to deliver scalable solutions and actionable insights.

Responsibilities include building data pipelines, refining KPI frameworks, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive growth across Android and iOS platforms. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics/Engineering/Data Science in mobile tech.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring data teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the existing Data Team.
• Define the team's strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Oversee Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives.
• Own end-to-end data lifecycle from collection to insights.
• Build robust data pipelines around subscription events to support LTV modeling.
• Lead ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility across reporting systems.
• Drive performance marketing and product analytics across our apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to solve business challenges.
