Job summary

Rotatelab, an independent mobile game studio in Turkey, is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own user acquisition and scale our titles profitably.

You will plan, launch, and scale UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other networks, own acquisition budgets, and optimize toward ROAS and LTV targets. Collaborating with artists on creative tests, you will analyze funnels, retention and monetization data, forecast performance, and keep the team informed about growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition / growth experience.
• Experience scaling paid campaigns profitably.
• Fluency with ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention metrics.

• Design and run creative A/B tests, working with artists on new concepts

• Stay ahead of the mobile UA landscape and bring new channels to the table

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition / growth experience
• A strong track record scaling paid campaigns profitably
• Fluency with performance metrics ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention
• Experience owning and managing significant marketing budgets
• A creative eye and a structured, experiment-led mindset
• Passion for mobile games and the players who love them
