Codeway is hiring a growth-focused marketer who will own end-to-end marketing for a web product and manage global campaigns. You will create and test creatives, analyze data, and collaborate with product to drive monetization strategies.

You will build partnerships and dashboards to scale performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years in performance marketing, strong communication, and fluency in English, with a hands-on approach to data and growth-hacking

Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing and web product user acquisition.
• Manage and test creatives; monitor implementation and provide feedback.
• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks.
• Build external partnerships with agencies and ad networks.
• Build BI dashboards and monitor KPIs to scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with product to shape monetization strategies.
• Drive growth initiatives beyond performance marketing.
