Job summary

Masthub is seeking a growth-focused strategist to own the full growth cycle of our products, from acquisition to retention. You will analyze post-install funnels in Amplitude to identify bottlenecks, design experiments, and drive improvements that move metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth with post-install funnel analysis and retention.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ads campaigns.
• Strong analytics and attribution tool knowledge (Amplitude, Adjust).
• Ability to analyze funnel, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests.
• Strong English skills with US market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360° growth of a product and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
• Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other networks.
• Generate ideas, propose hypotheses, oversee execution, and provide feedback.
• Analyze in-app user behavior using Amplitude funnels to identify drop-offs.
• Turn insights into hypotheses and A/B tests to improve monetization and retention.
• Provide briefs to product/engineering translating insights into actions.
• Build dashboards, monitor insights, and scale campaigns to hit KPIs.
• Collaborate with product team to shape monetization strategies.
• Take on additional responsibilities and apply growth-hacking techniques.
