Qualifications

• 2+ years in performance marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in mobile marketing, data, and creative production.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to own projects and push for growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end user acquisition strategies for an app.
• Develop, test, and optimize creatives; hypothesize and feedback.
• Manage UA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other networks.
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies; monitor network partnerships.
• Create and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user motivations and monetize effectively.
