Codeway in Istanbul seeks a versatile Growth Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end user acquisition, from creative ideation to performance optimization across major networks. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing artists, and external partners to drive growth and monetization.

You’ll manage a creative pipeline, test hypotheses, and build data-driven dashboards to ensure campaigns hit KPIs while scaling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into creative ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end user acquisition strategy for an app or product.
• Develop and test creatives, hypotheses, and monitor performance.
• Optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other networks.
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies for campaigns.
• Create and monitor BI dashboards to track KPIs and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with product team to align monetization and growth.
