Job summary

Codeway Istanbul seeks an exceptional growth marketer who will own end-to-end performance marketing for a global web product. You’ll combine data-driven optimization with creative input, managing networks like Google, Meta, and TikTok while shaping monetization strategies.

You’ll collaborate with product, build dashboards, and partner with external agencies to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in performance marketing and fluent English, with a curious, hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and RTB.
• Strong communication and ability to translate data into insights.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Experience with GA4 and mobile measurement partners is a plus.
• Knowledge of attribution and multi-channel tracking is desirable.
• Familiarity with BigQuery is advantageous.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing and 360 ownership of a web product’s marketing.
• Develop and test creatives; monitor implementation and provide feedback.
• Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks.
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Build BI dashboards and monitor KPIs for scaling campaigns.
• Collaborate with product to shape monetization strategies.
• Drive growth initiatives beyond performance marketing.
