The role requires proven performance marketing experience in mobile gaming, strong analytics, and collaborative teamwork, with a focus on ROAS, CPI, and retention improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct experience in performance marketing.
• Professional background working within the mobile gaming industry is required.
• Proven track record of managing paid user acquisition campaigns for mobile games.
• Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Have the full ownership of the game growth and marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across major ad platforms.
• Track campaign performance to improve key metrics like ROAS, CPI, LTV, and retention.
• Partner with artists and creative teams to develop and execute ad creation strategy.
• Analyze data to find growth opportunities and make marketing more efficient.
• Manage budgets and shift spending to the best-performing channels.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor actions, and new user acquisition strategies.
